Q. How long will my glasses take to come?
A. Your order should be dispatched to you within two weeks, however some more complex lenses my take up to 28 days.

Q. How long will my contact lenses take to arrive?
A. You should expect your contact lenses to arrive within a week.

Q. What if I don’t like my glasses?
A. You can return you glasses for a refund or exchange within 14 days. We will refund the whole cost of the frame to you but will not refund the cost of any extra lens options you have chosen.
We will not refund the cost of the post and packaging.

Q. What if the glasses do not fit properly?
A. Minor frame adjustment can be carried out at any local high street opticians, however there may be a small charge for this service.

Q. What if I cannot see well with the glasses?
A. Before dispatching your glasses to you we will have checked that the lenses are exact to the specifications on your prescription.

Q. What if the frame or sunglasses I have chosen are out of stock?
A. If a frame is out of stock we will contact you to find out what you would like to do.
You may like to continue with your order and wait for the frame to become available.
You may like to choose another colour or style.
You may choose to have a refund.

Q. What is your guarantee policy?
A. We guarantee to make your glasses to the specifications provided by you. All of our frames and lenses are covered by a two year manufactures warranty against manufacturing defects.

Q. Will I need to be measured for my bifocals or varifocals?
A. Bifocals will be D-segment type lenses fitted in a standard position in your chosen frames. We will choose the most appropriate varifocal to suit the chosen frame size which will be fitted in the standard position.
If you feel that you are of a non-standard fitting you could always post us a pair of your old bifocals or varifocals as a fitting guide, we will send your old glasses back to you with you new glasses.

Q. Can I get a refund?
A. Yes. Just return your order within fourteen days in its original packaging. We will refund the cost of contact lenses and the cost of the glasses frame with single vision lenses. We will not refund the cost of any extra lens options, coating or tints or postage and packaging.

Q. How will my order arrive?
A. Your order will arrive by signed for royal mail.

Q. I have seen some frames in my opticians that I like, would you be able to get them for me?
A. Maybe. If you find out the make and model number and also the colour code, we will let you know if the frame is available and how much it will cost.

Q. Why are your prices lower than my local optician
A. Our prices are lower because we do not have to finance expensive high street properties and sight test equipment.
